Oshapaws is an online retail store selling premium pet products, operating in Canada. Oshapaws is a sole proprietorship operated by Felix Ng in Markham, Ontario, Canada. References to “we”, “us”, or “Oshapaws” refer to the store operator. References to “you” refer to the customer or visitor.

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. By using this site you confirm that you meet this requirement. We currently ship within Canada only.

We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, images, and prices at any time without notice. Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

We make every effort to display product information accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free. If a product you receive differs materially from its description, please contact us.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if a pricing error has occurred, including after an order has been confirmed. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed only when payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and other major credit and debit cards. We do not store your payment information.

If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. Please contact your bank or try a different payment method.

We ship to addresses within Canada only. Free shipping is available on orders over $100 CAD. Orders below this threshold are subject to a flat shipping fee of $15 CAD.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your items. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Perishable goods (such as pet food and treats) cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged on arrival.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Coupon codes are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time of the promotion. Unless otherwise stated, coupons apply to product subtotals only and do not reduce shipping charges. Only one coupon code may be applied per order.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time. Coupons have no cash value and are non-transferable.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Oshapaws or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oshapaws shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
